1. Which Instruments can you play?
Keyboards and bass guitar passibly, though I'm out of practice. Guitar and drums badly. I actually took clarinet and alto sax back in grade school, but don't remember any of it. I can't sing lead too well, but I'm decent with harmonies.
With just about every other orchestral instrument, it's like someone who can understand a foreign language but not speak it: I know how everything works, and I know what kind of instructions I need to give to get a desired performance (and the pitfalls, such trombone valve positions, string fingerings, etc.). With a little work, I could probably get a basic elementary level from most instruments.
2. What is your favorite Music Video of all time?
I suppose Koyaansiqatsi doesn't count. Probably Let Forever Be by the Chemical Brothers. There's a ton of Spike Jonze, Chris Cunningham, and other Michel Gondry videos up there too. I like some of the Hype Williams vidoes too, particularly Gimme Some Mo' by Busta Rhymes. For years before that, it was Hot for Teacher by Van Halen.
3. Coke or Pepsi?
Pepsi, diet, with ice--Même goût super!--though usually I just end up drinking the generic brands.
4. How would you say furry today compares to the fandom of five years ago?
1999 wasn't really all that different from today. I don't think there was quite as many raver-types involved, but that doesn't really bother me or anything. The local (Toronto) area furs were more of a cohesive group than they are now, or maybe I just haven't been as social.
Stories I hear paint a vastly different picture than the fandom a few years before that. 1994-1996 sound like pretty rowdy, hedonistic times. I kinda regret not being around in those years.
5. If you could bring any show back to TV with new episodes, which one?
Duckman. Easiest question on this thing.
